Department: Accounting / Finance
Responsible for the overall management of all finance, accounting, purchasing and IT functions including, but not limited to, safeguarding all assets, budgeting and ensuring compliance with internal controls and procedures.

Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position in a luxury hotel industry
Graduate of a master's degree in financial administration or equivalent
Mastery of the USGAAP standard.
Excellent command of English
Your scope :
In-depth knowledge of accounting / hotel operations, purchasing and IT functions.
In-depth knowledge of budgeting and generally accepted accounting principles; ability to maintain technical skills in accounting, taxation and emerging innovations in the hotel industry.
Ability to lead and coordinate accounting functions;
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English; and to participate in (or lead if necessary) all hotel wide meetings.
Ensure compliance with Hyatt brand procedures and standards, legal requirements and respond to audits.
Ability to train, motivate, evaluate, coach and lead employees to achieve desired results;
Ability to maintain excellent relationships with staff.
Ability to maintain staff and client confidentiality at all times.
Exceptional oral communication skills to negotiate with suppliers or persuade guests and staff to achieve beneficial results for the operation of the hotel.
Ability to create, implement and monitor hotel and staff objectives, strategies and policies.
Ability to converse calmly with angry guests, superiors and subordinates in sometimes intense emotional situations.
Ability to focus and maintain attention on task performance despite frequent, stressful, urgent, critical or unusual interruptions.
Ability to memorize, recall and quickly retrieve dates, names, times and other data.
Ability to work and complete tasks on time despite frequent, stressful, urgent, critical or unusual interruptions.
