Hyatt Assistant Operations Manager in ATLANTA, Georgia


The responsibilities of the Hotel Assistant Manager include overseeing the general operation of hotel functions and assisting guests whenever necessary.

They will experience oversight of the Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food and Beverage Outlets. Responsibilities may include training, staff development and accountability, scheduling and managing guest related situations.


  • 2 years of progressive hotel Rooms division experience (preferably with Hyatt such as Rooms Control, Front Office Lead, Front Office Supervisor, etc.)

  • Opera PMS knowledge is a plus.

  • Housekeeping operations knowledge is preferred.

  • Minimum of 2 years as F&B Management preferred

  • Wine/beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred

  • Ideal applicant should have strong organizational skills, ability to work with flexible work schedule, be a team player and a dynamic leader

  • High energy, effective communicator
