The Captain’s Bar is cocktail driven with a strong focus on Rum and New Zealand products. It's the residential ambience, terrific outdoor terrace, luxurious with a view to be admired. This bar is focusing on all guests building a destination for a local following and where all guests come to taste.
We are looking for a Bar Supervisor with good cocktails knowledge to make this their home. When our guests come to visit, the experience is to make them feel welcome when they step inside.
Taking the lead in assisting the cocktail and bar beverage program with the support of the Assistant Manager
Provide training to all service team members
Supervision of the bar & floor during service hours.
Assisting in stock management operations
Respond to customer enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, both in person and on the telephone.
Assist the management team in other duties
Are you able to demonstrate strong experience in a cocktail bar environment and a passion for delivering genuine hospitality?
