We are proud to announce the openings of two lifestyle boutique hotels that will join the Hyatt Hotels and Resorts family in downtown Austin – Thompson Austin and tommie Austin which will make their debut downtown in the music and entertainment district this fall.
This individual is responsible for responding to all incoming calls to the hotel (internal and external). The Guest Relations Agent must work well handling a high volume of calls which will include but is not limited to guest requests and reservation. They should also be comfortable answering questions relating to the hotel and the surrounding area. Successful candidates must have strong communication, good typing skills and organizational skills with an ability to multitask.

Both hotels are anchored on the ground floor by The Diner Bar The Grey Market, a street side concept serving daily fare for locals, residents and guests alike and helmed by award winning Chef Mashama Bailey. This mixed use project will also feature a residential tower – Siena – and 10,000 square feet of retail space.
