We are currently seeking a Guest Services Operator to share our Vision – to create the most imaginative, authentic and meaningful wellness experience.This position is responsible for a high volume switchboard which manages the resorts internal and external inbound calls. In addition to the phone duties, the individual(s) in this position will prepare welcome amenities, and perform various other administrative duties. Finally, the individual(s) in this role coordinate the transportation for all arriving and departing guests with our third party transportation partner. 1 year of related experience and/or training
Customer service experience required
Computer experience required – Excel experience and data entry highly recommended
Must be able to read, write and speak English. Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
Must be completely flexible and be able to work nights, weekdays, weekends, and holidays
