The Stewarding Supervisor's main responsibilities are supervising the Stewarding (Dishwashing) Staff and assisting to coordinate and maintain the cleanliness of all hotel china, silverware and cookware. Experience leading, supervising, or managing a team is preferred. Must be comfortable working in a team environment and a fast paced setting. Must have computer skills. This person must have good communication skills and the ability to understand and complete banquet contracts. This person needs to have the ability to lift, push and pull a moderate amount of weight. Weekend and holiday availability is required for this shift, as well as late evening availability.
