Description:
Assists in managing , full-service Restaurant, In Room Dining, Pool Bar and Market on a daily basis and coordinates special events. May be responsible for staffing, scheduling and training of staff.

Qualifications:

  • Must be flexible (evenings, weekends, holidays)

  • Must have Full Service Restaurant experience including Beer, wine and liquor.

  • Must have computer skills (excel a must)

  • Effective communicator
