The Night Audit is responsible for the oversight of specific night audit duties as well as oversees the front office during the overnight shift. This position includes answering phones, greeting guests, checking guests in and out of the hotel, creating walk-in reservations, establishing credit, and maintaining the front desk and surrounding public areas in pristine condition. The night auditor should be someone who is able to anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to guests’ requests and acknowledge all guests.
Qualifications:
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
Refined verbal and written communication skills
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Able to communicate effectively in English (both written and verbal)
Guest service experience required
The budgeted wage for this position is $18.50 per hour. Actual pay will be commensurate with experience
