Description:

You will be responsible for exemplifying the Hyatt Regency promise and values and for managing all Front Office operations.

You will be involved in monitoring service and develop team member performance, provide supervision, manage rostering and develop team members to be able to meet and greet guest and respond to guest inquires, requests and issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner, and resolve guest concerns and issues.

Qualifications:

University degree in hospitality management.

Progressive career in Front Office in 5 star hotel with at least 5 years experience in a similar hotel, international experience is desirable.

Update with latest Front Office trends, technologies, best practices and ability to tie this into guest needs and wants.
