Hyatt Human Resources Manager in BELLEVUE, Washington

Description:

The Hyatt Regency Bellevue is excited to hire a Human Resources Manager to join our Team!

The ideal candidate for the Human Resource Manager position must have HR generalist knowledge and be versed in the areas of benefits, recruitment and staffing strategies, associate relations, training and development, payroll and safety. The position will report to the Director of Human Resources.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent HR Experience

  • 2 or more years of Human Resources experience

  • Proficient in ADP/EIS, KRONOS, Taleo Fluid and Microsoft Office

  • Refined written and verbal communications skills

  • High attention to detail and organization

  • Ability to adapt to new demands, reprioritize workload, and address urgent requests promptly

  • Eagerness and ability to learn new skills, technologies and business processes quickly
