The Lodge Executive Chef is responsible for overseeing the culinary operations for all Lodge F&B outlets. He/she will build and maintain systems to ensure strong financial performance, exceptional food quality and consistency, compliant health and safety standards and a positive work environment. S/he will work closely with the other resort culinary operations to ensure that a strong sprit of collaboration is maintained. This collaboration helps to ensure that all Sunriver F&B outlets are properly staffed and that consistent guest satisfaction is maintained. This is a leadership role responsible for training of associates to deliver a culinary experience that complies with Sunriver Resort food and beverage standards and company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
* Four year degree preferred * Prior hospitality and multi-outlet culinary experience * At least five years’ experience managing a complex culinary operation * InfoG software experience preferred
