You will provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your Guests. The Guest Services Officer - Security will assist in the efficient running of the security function, with all colleagues, ensuring maximum guest safety and satisfaction whilst adhering to service standards required by Hyatt.

General duties include maintaining a safe and calm environment during shifts and may include night shifts. Being reactive to keep disruptions to a minimum and safeguarding the hotel.

This position is 45 hours per week, working night shifts from 11.00pm until 7.00am, weekends included.

Qualifications:

With an SIA Door Supervision qualification and current license, the ideal candidate will have work experience as a Security Officer. You will also have a full clean driving license.

Good practical, operational and adequate administrative skills are an asset, as is a valid First Aid and Work qualification.

Good presentation and the ability to keep calm under pressure is a must for this role, as dealing with volatile situations can arrise Primary Location: GB-ENG-Birmingham
