Based within the Events Service team, you will assist in the smooth and efficient service and overall guest experience. Working on rotation where no two days will be the same you will assist in leading the service ensuring Guests are Happy, Service is Genuine and Colleagues are Motivated. A large part of this role is to develop your team to ensure standards are maintained. Reporting to the Events Manager, you will also be jointly responsible for the day-to-day operation of Events Service, conducting daily briefings and handover meetings, attending food tasting and being the departments go to person for any enquiry. This opportunity is for somebody who is fun and creative and while maintaining brand standards in service, can think out of the box and be creative to maximise motivation, profits and guest satisfaction.

You will have previous hotel experience in a Team Leader capacity or a strong entry level person looking for your first supervisory role. You will have a positive and professional approach.
