Hyatt Receiving Clerk in BOSTON, Massachusetts

Description:

The receiving clerk is responsible for checking in all incoming products and guests packages; unloading and inspecting delivered goods to ensure all items ordered are received by the company. This person is required to receiving purchasing orders in the system, placing alerts onto guest’s reservations notifying packages arrival and storing all inventory as needed.

This person will work closely with Executive Chef on managing inventory on a daily/weekly basis; organizing and maintaining cleanliness. Duties may also include but not limited to daily tracking of all F&B credits, working with vendors (acquiring invoices), and working closely with Finance on periodical inventory, reviewing and closing opened purchasing orders. This person must be able to lift a moderate to heavy weight and have basic communication skills.

-Birchstreet system knowledge preferred
