Hyatt Bartender/Oyster Shucker- Seasonal Full-Time in CALGARY, Canada


The Oyster Bar is currently looking for a Bartender/Oyster Shucker for the busy season of the summer months! In this position you are responsible for providing drinks and shucking oysters while customizing the experience for guests seated at the bar with food and drinks. The right person should be familiar with the latest in mixology, bar equipment, and sanitation standards. This position is multi-faceted and requires great finesse to juggle all positions. The Oyster bar is well known for suburb oysters, hence you will be provided training in oyster shucking and will be required to learn about the various oysters that the restaurant serves. This position offers opportunity for casual conversation, creativity and allows for building on ones style with previous bartending experiences.
