Hyatt Guest Services (Bell/Valet) Agent- Full-Time in CALGARY, Canada

Guest Service Agents are in constant communication with the Front Office and Valet to ensure guests are escorted and their luggage and personal items are transported to and from the guest rooms efficiently. In addition towelcoming guests to the hotel and obtaining transportation, Guest Service Agents may perform front desk duties such as processing payments and guest registration.

Candidates must have excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, the ability to work a flexible schedule, drive a manual shift and automatic vehicle, and have a valid driver’s license. Previous hotel experience is a plus. It’s important to ensure that guests are comfortable with accommodations and are familiar with room offerings and features. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and hotel or local recommendations. Part of the role may include covering various roles in the Front Office division during high business levels. This may include but is not limited to coverage in Front Desk, Concierge, and Regency Club.
