Hyatt Assistant F&B Director in CANNES, France


To function as a Leader for the F&B Department, assisting the Director of Food & Beverage to ensure the various outlets and banquets operate successfully and are individually profitable in accordance with the objectives of the hotel.

Duties Include:

  • Maintain a strong presence on the floor

  • Maximize restaurant department profitability

  • Develop and implement creative strategies to increase revenue and customers ty

  • Plan, coordinate & implement special events and holiday functions

  • Increase customer satisfaction

  • Monitor F&B standards

  • Lead, train and coach the team towards achieving exceptional guest service and employee satisfaction results

  • Implement effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs



Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management

Minimum 2 years work experience as Director of F&B, or Assistant Director of F&B in large property.

Experience implementing new F&B concepts and/or Hotel Opening experience will be an asset Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with people

Must possess the following strengths: high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader, effective communicator, effective in providing exceptional customer service

Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Good operational and administrative skills are a must

Fluent in French and English
