Qualifications:

Your Assets :

  • Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.

  • Minimum 2 years work experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury hotel operations.

  • Expertise in HACCP standards

Your Scope :

  • Team management

  • Relations with kitchens, catering outlets and suppliers

  • Participation in the drafting of technical data sheets

  • Stock and inventory management
