Hyatt Guest Service Agent - Seasonal contract in CANNES, France

Qualifications:

Department : Guest Service Center

You refer to the Guest Service Supervisor

Your Assets :

  • Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.

  • Minimum 2 years work experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury hotel operations.

  • French, English are mandatory.

  • Computer skills in MS Office, email, Opera are required.

Your Scope :

  • Respond to customer requests (telephone Zingle)

  • Follow up requests via Hotsos

  • Make reservations for VIP customers

  • Follow up daily the We Care and their update

  • Take room service orders
