You refer to the Guest Service Supervisor
Your Assets :
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Kitchen
Minimum 10 years work experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury hotel operations.
French, English are mandatory.
Your Scope :
Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques
Ability to manage the brigade
Ability to be autonomous and to anticipate
