Hyatt Spa Director in CARLSBAD, California
The Director of Wellness & Spa will have a hands-on approach to guiding the wellness and spa initiatives throughout the resort. This includes but not limited to Spa Services, Retail Offerings, and Fitness & Wellness Programming, Spa/Fitness Facilities maintenance and cleanliness and Food & Beverage Offerings. The Director of Wellness will also design, package and work directly with sales and marketing as it relates to capturing both Transient and Group business. This role reports directly to the Director of Rooms Operations and works closely with other department and division heads to achieve results. In this leadership role hands-on ability to work side by side with colleagues while guiding the vision of wellness at the resort is essential to success. The candidate selected for this position must be able to articulate goals while mentoring and coaching leadership and colleague experience that inspires adoption of initiatives and teamwork toward objectives that alights with hotel senior leadership, owners and asset managers.
