Description:
The Massage Therapist Supervisor is responsible for delivery of exceptional massage and body treatments. Must have good communication skills and exceptional customer service skills. Train massage therapists to perform Hyatt's exclusive signature treatments and core service standards. Conduct product knowledge and treatment service classes for Spa staff.
