Hyatt Assistant Director of Sales in CHANGSHA, China


  • 指导和协调酒店内的所有销售活动和信息的沟通。Directs and coordinates all selling activities and communicates theseactivities throughout the hotel.

  • 协助总经理对销售活动的有效性进行审查和评估,并在必要时进行调整,确保实现或超越年度商业计划中规定的目标。Assists the GeneralManager to review and evaluate the effectiveness of selling activities andadjust as necessary to achieve or exceed the objectives as outlined in theAnnual Business Plan.

  • 了解可能影响酒店财务业绩的社区、商业信息、政治和社会因素。Be aware of community, business, political and social factors that mayaffect the hotel’s financial performance.

  • 保证每周都对空余房间和会议室进行审查,并制定在低入住率期间的销售策略。Ensures room and meeting space inventories are reviewed weekly andstrategies are formulated to fill low occupancy periods.

  • 确保所有销售计划、宣传册、电子工具和其它销售信息都符合酒店和凯悦的品牌标准,且信息都是最新的。Ensures allsales proposals, collateral, digital tools, and other sales communications arein-line with the hotel’s and HI’s brand standards, and up- to-date in terms ofinformation.

  • 保证销售部门签订的或代表销售部门签订的所有合同均符合酒店确定的政策和程序。Ensures allcontracts signed by or on behalf of the Sales Department follow the establishedhotel policies and procedures.

  • 协助与WWSO(全球销售办公室)、HSF(区域销售办公室)和重要姐妹酒店的密切沟通,并定期更新酒店的重要的销售信息。Assists tocommunicate closely with the WWSOs (World Wide Sales Office), HSF(RegionalSales Office) and key sister hotels, and updates them regularly regarding keyhotel sales information.

  • 宴请现有和潜在客户,并确保销售团队能基于营运优先的原则下招待客户。Entertainsexisting and potential customers and ensures the Sales Team entertainscustomers based on business priorities.

  • 利用直接销售、电话联系和书面信息的形式保证酒店的高度曝光。Ensures ahigh level of exposure for the hotel through direct sales solicitation,telephone contact and written communication.

  • 确保销售经理能以支持和灵活的态度及“团队协作”的精神与其他部门合作。Ensures SalesManagerworks in a supportive and flexible manner withother departments, in a spirit of “We work through Teams”.




  1. Minimum 3 years’ college education, good at English both speaking and writing;


  1. Minimum 4 years international hotel experience in sales and marketing, events department, including 3 years in a managerial capacity.
