Hyatt Administrative Assistant II - Commercial Services in CHICAGO, Illinois
The responsibilities of the Commercial Services Administrative Assistant are to primarily support the SVP in her daily activities, along with VPs and team associates within brand, loyalty, and data and analytics for all various clerical duties.
Process department invoices in Markview database
Prepare memorandums and distribute emails
Schedule department meetings; Hyatt Hub and off-site locations
Complete monthly expense reports for SVP and VPs
Book all travel needs for SVP & VPs
Manage SVP and VPs calendars and scheduling
Responsible for updating Hyatt Connect department information
Work closely with all other administrative assistants within the Commercial Services teams
Demonstrate a commitment to Hyatt core values.

5 years administrative and/or project management experience, or other relevant experience.
