Hyatt Bar Attendant (Barback) - Cindy%27s in CHICAGO, Illinois

Description:

The Bar Attendant (Barback) is responsible primarily for ensuring the bars are fully stocked, and assisting bartenders in serving guests. This person must have good communication skills as well as the ability to lift a moderate amount of weight. This is a fast-paced position that will involve constant customer interaction. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to prepping syrups and garnishes, batching and bottling/canning cocktails, changing beer kegs, with an emphasis on cleanliness and sanitation.   • Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.

  • Ensure safe, secure, and healthy facility environment by following all sanitation standards and procedures; complying with health and legal regulations.
