Hyatt is fully dedicated to providing optimal revenue management tools for our colleagues and the Senior RMS Analyst will play a pivotal role in defining and designing capabilities, features, and experiences to enable colleague experiences and optimize existing elements of the revenue management systems.
Reporting to the Head of MarTech, Personalization Platforms and Revenue Management Systems, this professional will oversee the development, selection, prioritization, execution, and delivery of revenue management capabilities. They will partner closely with Product Design and Engineering leads in order to completely revamp the Revenue Management System for our colleagues and will regularly interface with them across the entire Hyatt ecosystem (e.g.: hotel operations, loyalty program, digital content) to ensure seamless integration with broader Hyatt initiatives.
Design a data-driven product that will intuitively guide colleagues and owners/operators through the entire journey off effective revenue management.
Develop, prioritize, and execute an evolving, progressive product roadmap.
Identify and research data-driven insights, making sound data-driven feature-functionality decisions.
Conduct competitive analyses; research and recommend new offerings to maintain a competitive advantage in an evolving market.
Work collaboratively across design, development and engineering within the team to prioritize efforts aligned to the roadmap. Work with development team to ensure all business requirements are translated into a functional, useable technical design.
Regularly communicate product status to Digital/IT/RM leadership and highlight quantifiable business impacts.
Create test cases, plans, and scripts based on functional requirements, functional design, use cases, and defined acceptance criteria, in the revenue management system and its data interfaces with other systems.
Develop, verify, and manage business requirements and change requests for each component of a project solution including user interface design. Analyze and identify issues in requirements and design and assist to provide resolution.
Participate in all testing of RM product improvements to ensure all deliverables are free of defects and ready for delivery to Hyatt Revenue Management team members.

10 years of experience as a end-to-end user of revenue management systems.
Extensive experience managing revenue management system and/or back-end systems integration needs.
Experience working within cross-functional Agile teams.
Strong background in hypothesis-driven product development, lean tools & methodologies, and data-driven decision making.
Comfortable managing discussions with business stakeholders as well as technical resources.
10 years of experience with Central Reservations Systems, Property Management Systems, Sales and/or Customer Relationship Management systems.
Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Business, Computer Science or related field.
Master’s Degree is a plus but not required.
