Hyatt Manager of Partner Marketing in CHICAGO, Illinois
The Partner Marketing Manager is an excellent communicator with exceptional project management and collaborative skills who is looking for an opportunity to develop strategy, marketing, and operational skills within a globally recognized hotel company.
As a key member of the Partner Marketing Team within the World of Hyatt Loyalty Program, the Partner Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the Hyatt Residence Club (HRC) relationship, including the integration of the recently acquired 9 Welk properties. This person will have the opportunity to implement marketing campaigns to drive new business for the Hyatt Residence Club product across all marketing channels (email, online, digital, etc.) and create engagement initiatives for existing Hyatt Residence Club owners. The Partner Marketing Manager will also assist in other travel and distribution partner initiatives including working with Small Luxury Hotels of the World, MGM and Lindblad Expeditions.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for consumer marketing, strong project management skills, a unique ability to communicate well with others (both in one-on-one and presentation environments) and solid marketing communication skills. Hospitality industry and/or relationship management experience is a plus, but not necessary.
Serves as day-to-day Hyatt contact for all marketing and operational initiatives leveraging World of Hyatt’s loyalty program for Hyatt Residence Club.
Leads awareness and promotional partner marketing campaigns across all major channels (e.g., email, online, digital, etc.) including testing new marketing channels.
Analyzes campaign results to understand key engagement drivers and develop recommendations for future campaigns.
Support Partner Marketing Senior Manager in other distribution partner initiatives including integrating new partners into the loyalty program.
Manage day to day Hyatt Residence Club partner relationship focused on maximizing marketing opportunities
Lead integration of new Welk Hyatt Residence Club properties into loyalty program including onboarding 55,000 current Welk product owners.
Develop success metrics and KPIs for HRC initiatives, analyze results and iterate based on learnings.
Leverage partnerships to create engagement among World of Hyatt members, drive new member acquisitions and generate revenue for the loyalty program.
Support Senior Manager in all aspects of integrating new partners into loyalty program.
Demonstrate a commitment to Hyatt core values.

5 years of marketing/account management/project management experience
Relationship/Client management experience
Strong account management and organizational skills, with an ability to multi-task
Excellent communication skills – writing/presentation skills, experience communicating with executive leadership a plus
Basic analytical skills and comfort with Excel
Experience across all marketing channels (e.g., email, digital), experience working with partner channels a plus
Strong negotiation skills a plus
Experience or exposure to a variety of industries a plus
Creative/innovative approach to problem solving
History of delivering results and implementing change
Proven ability to collaborate across a highly matrixed organization
Ability to build and leverage internal and external relationships
Highly professional and able to appropriately represent company to external partners
Bachelor’s degree required.
