Hyatt Director of Property Management in CLE ELUM, Washington
Oversee the property management operations at Suncadia, in order to insure optimum profitability, guest service and growth in market share.
Duties and Responsibilities: * * · The promotion of the Suncadia lodging program to prospective owners and current owners of property within Suncadia; · Work Closely with Reservations and Sales in the distribution of revenue to rental units; · Establish operating procedures for housekeeping and maintenance to ensure quality cleanliness standards and preservation of owner’s assets; · Manage the quality standards of all rental management ensuring lodging standards are met; · Establish effective communication with the owners through structured communication pieces and strong personal relationships with the owners; · Support Resident Managers in their role by assisting in administrative tasks, billing, owner relations etc; · Optimize the revenue distribution by working with Reservations, monitoring individual unit revenue production; · Assist the Guest services desk in day to day check-in and check-out services; · Oversee the management of the laundry operations and amenity program for lodging units; · Work closely with property owner associations to insure solid communication in items pertaining to both entities; · Work with real estate sales agents to coordinate the development of the lodging management business subject to the controls ofWashingtonreal estate law.
- Must have previous experience in short term property management;
- Bachelor’s in Business or other relevant course work;
- Knowledge of real estate sales;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to work through various resort departments to accomplish goals;
- Self motivated and promote positive work environment.
