Hyatt Property Management Quality Assurance Lead in CLE ELUM, Washington
TheProperty Management Quality Assurance Lead conducts inspections, and maximizes the efforts of the entire department in order to ensure compliance with all standards of rental program satisfaction, cleanliness, sanitation and productivity and efficiency set by the Resort. The Property Management Quality Assurance position is to ultimately ensure Suncadia Lodge, Trailhead, and Vacation Home Owners are welcomed back to their ‘home away from home’ with their individual preferences in mind. The Property Management Quality Assurance Lead will be crucial to the owner and guest experience while they enjoy the natural beauty comfort and custom hand finished details that their accommodations have to offer. S/he will work with business/department leadership and colleagues to ensure the effectiveness and overall success of the department.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Responsible for working all scheduled shifts;
Perform unit inspections ensuring all meet cleanliness, sanitation and maintenance standards prior to owner and sometimes guest occupancy.
Create and maintain house inventory books and welcome books.
Perform inventory checks and maintain detailed inventory of individual properties.
Assist property managers in owner communication from time to time.
Make corrections as needed in lodging units to bring them to required standards;
Keeping detailed reports of unit inspections and cleaning jobs
Update the property managers when units are clean, up to standards and ready for guest occupancy.
Ensure the safe keeping of Owner’s and Guest’s Personal Property while working within their unit by showing Integrity and Honesty at all times;
Document and notify the property managers of any engineering concerns in the units and enter into Hotsos if applicable;
Document and notify housekeeping leadership of any severe cleaning deficiencies in the units;
Assist with associate training, including follow-up training as needed with regard to any recorded deficiencies;
General cleaning tasks (making beds, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, scrubbing floors, spotting carpets, cleaning fireplaces, vacuuming all living areas, sweeping, mopping, dusting, spot cleaning windows and checking outside trash areas) may be assigned during peak occupancy days at the resort;
Understand and abide by all Suncadia policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
All other duties as assigned.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred;
Prior experience in housekeeping or property management preferred ;
