The Night Audit is responsible for the oversight of specific night audit duties and overseeing the front office during the overnight shift. This position will manage guest complaints and coordinate a resolution with other departments as needed, as well as check-in/check-out procedures. Other responsibilities may be assigned.
This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience.

Qualifications:
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
Refined verbal and written communication skills
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Strong customer service orientation
Strong guest/customer recovery skills
Ability to be self motivation and work independently
Computer knowledge
Experience in Guest Services is preferred
