The responsibilities for this position are the following but not limited to; responding to guest comments and analyzing satisfaction scores, assist in managing projects, assist in payroll close, and assist in different areas of the hotel when needed. Organizational skills, computer proficiency, and communication skills are a must. Flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Experience with Kronos and Birchstreet preferred
  • Previous administrative experience preferred
