The Reservation Agent will work in a small team setting up and managing convention and transient reservations for the Hyatt Regency Columbus. Responsibilities will include; utilizing/monitoring Passkey, Opera and Reserve computer programs, maintaining hotel inventory, data entry, managing and setting up convention blocks, setting up billing and routing options. Position also includes providing incoming guests with hotel facility information and answering questions relating to the hotel and local area through written and verbal communication. This position can be a stepping stone into Revenue Management and works very closely with the Revenue Manager.
