Description:
Concierge are responsible for answering questions, giving direction and making detailed personalized reservations or recommendations. This position requires knowledge of hotel services, local events and venues and transportation options. This offers the opportunity to engage in casual conversation and to indulge special requests. A deep understanding of the Dallas Forth Worth Area for all things food/beverage, tourist, events, arts and entertainment.

Qualifications:
A true desire to create transformative experiences for the guest that could be on and off property.
VIP experiences by anticipating the guest needs
Creating personalized experiences that go above and beyond anything they have expereinced before
Refined verbal and written communication skills
Les Clefs d'Or Certified preferred
Expert in all aspects of computer systems of Outlook, Outlook 365 word, excel.
