Hyatt Culinarian / Cook in DALLAS, Texas

Description:

This culinary position requires good communication skills as well as at least two years of previous line and fine dining experience. A Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred. Candidates should be able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills including preparation of soups, sauces, stocks, frying, broiling.

Qualifications:


o Requires good communication skills. o 2 years of previous culinary experience preferred. o Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred. o Candidates should be able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills. o Able to work multiple stations in the kitchen. o Requires moderate supervision and training. o Requires ability and flexibility to rotate through multiple areas in the kitchen, such as banquets, restaurant, garde manger, pastry, butcher shop, saucier, etc.
