The IT Manager is a strong individual contributor on the Technology team, focused on delivering seamless technology experiences to all colleagues. As the IT Manager, you will be expected to lead implementations of both system and process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Interact with management and staff to provide technical assistance for continuous improvement of IT solutions.

  • Establish and maintain a positive, productive relationship with operational partners and staff.

  • Lead infrastructure builds in new facilities.

  • Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and processes.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences.

  • Plan, organize, schedule, and supervise the day-to-day technical support activities, including troubleshooting, customer service issues, approvals, and installations

  • Responsible for budgeting all computer related items for the center. Responsible for all computer hardware, software and infrastructure.

  • Ability to pick up new systems and not only understand how to configure them, but how they work and how your users can get the most benefit from them.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or Technical discipline preferred.

  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and fast-paced IT environment and capable of motivating teams

  • Experienced in making data-driven decisions.

  • Established time management skills with the ability to direct multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Experience in procurement, budgeting, forecasting, and asset management.

  • Proven skills in leadership development and team building.

  • Expert knowledge of IT best practices, policies, and regulations

  • Experience working as a Computer Programmer, IT Support Technician, Software Developer or Network Systems Administrator.

The budgeted range for this position is $64,700- $81,000. Actual pay will be commensurate with experience.
