*The Role *

To assist the Front Office management in managing the department as a successful independent profit center, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction through planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the Front Office operation and administration. To assign responsibilities to subordinates implementing multitasking principles and to check their performances periodically, as well as train the team to have a complete understanding of the correct service standards and rules & regulations.

Some of the responsibilities include:

To be entirely flexible and be able to be rotated within different sub-departments of the Rooms Division as assigned. To be fully conversant with all services and facilities offered by the hotel, cordially greet all arriving and departing guests and open the hotel doors for them as well as help them out off/into their car or taxi. To assist guests with check in and check out and to carry their luggage to or from their rooms.To maintain good traffic flows and keep the driveway free of traffic and accessible for the incoming vehicles. To escort guests to their rooms and explain all services provided by the hotel such as restaurants,fitness center, etc. and assist them with room changes.

Qualifications:
What are we looking for? A person who enjoys taking extra miles to ensure the success of the Rooms Division. He / She enjoys standing out in the crowd and maintaining excellent relationship with all internal and external guests. Someone who is a natural leader and enjoys the challenge in exceeding the highest standards, ensuring maximum occupancy and guest satisfaction, and consistency of the services.
