Hyatt Housekeeping Coordinator in DOHA, Qatar


To assist in managing the department as professional, efficient and flexible service department, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction consistent with Grand Hyatt Doha & Villas and Hyatt International standards, through planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the Housekeeping Department operation and administration. The housekeeping coordinator is responsible to deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional, friendly, courteous and professional guest service at all times, to take Housekeeping orders, according to the established standards of performance established for the Housekeeping Department, to handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, and following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.


Ideally with a relevant diploma or professional certification in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations. Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
