To handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily. * To personally and frequently verify that guests are receiving the best possible service during check-in and check-out. To ensure that all hotel, company and local rules, policies and regulations relating to financial record keeping, money handling and licensing are adhered to, including the timely and accurate reporting of financial information. * To be fully conversant in the use of all computer system in place (e.g. Operam Reserve, Passport Scanning, Police E-online website etc.)

* Preferably with previous hotel experience and expertise in PMS (Opera or similar systems) experience * Proficient in Russian, German, Italian or French language will be an advantage * Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications an asset * Should posses strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities * Ability to work well during busy operation and in a fast paced environment * To pay attention on guest needs and courteous at all times * Should be a team player
