We are hiring an Assistant Manager for our Pur' Restaurant !

As anAssistant Manager, you will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting the Manager of the Restaurant and the team in managing the Restaurant as a successful independent profit centre, in line with the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt International standards, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction. You will be in charge to assist the Restaurant team on a daily basis, from set up to service and cleaning at the end of the service.

You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. To serve Food & Beverage to guests in the assigned Place of Work, provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service in order to maximize guest satisfaction.

Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management and previous work experience in a similar position. You will need to manage the following assets:

  • Strong leadership skills
  • Organisational skills
  • English fluent
  • Reactivity and adaptability
  • Good presentation
  • Strong administrative skills

A strong experience in team management is required.
