Assiststhe Front Office Manager in efficiently managing the department according to the established concept statement providing a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times.
Conductsdaily pre-shift briefings to employees on room occupancy, arrival and departures, functions/event and special attention that is needed.
Liaiseswith Housekeeping and other related departments on daily operation.
Handlesguest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems to Front Office Manager if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests.
Establishesa rapport with guests maintaining good customer relationship.
Ensuresthat the cashiering procedures are strictly adhered to. That all floats are used appropriately in accordance to Policies & Procedures set by the hotel.And personnel with access to floats complywithinternal policies & procedures established by the Finance.
Coordinates all Repair and Maintenance and issues repair and maintenance job orders to ensure the proper maintenance.
Liaises and organises with Housekeeping Department that the established cleaning schedules are strictly adhered to.
Ensures that Front Office plays a supportive role to Grand Club’s operation as and when needed.
Two years work experience as Assistant FO Manager or Guest Experience Manager position
Fluent in English & Chinese
Hyatt working experience is preferred
