Ensuresthe Grand Club operates successfully and maximises profitability in accordance with the standard of the Hotel.
Ensuresthat all rooms and suites are pre-blocked accordingly to arrival time and Housekeeping is informed.
Worksclosely with Housekeeping, Front Office and Engineering Departments to ensure that rooms are blocked appropriately for maintenance and requested repairs.
Worksclosely with F&B to ensure the smooth running of the Grand Club Lounge operations according to the Hyatt Grand brand standards.
Ensures strict control of room keys for guests and other departments.
Conductsfrequent and thorough inspections together with the Housekeeping Manager.
Ensures effective commercial management techniques are developedand concerning control are applied to achieve the maximisation of room sales.
Ensures Grand Club employees operate with suitable sales attitude, and that all employees are aware of the Hotel’s facilities, services and focal selling points to professional present to guest at every appropriate opportunity.
Ensures all Grand Club employees are aware of all room sales revenue targets and that they are kept up-to-date informed of performance results.
Adheresto company Credit policies to ensure all due revenue expected are received.
Ensuresservices provided by the department are always available and are always carried out to define Standard with the utmost efficiency, consistency and courtesy as detailed in the Department Operations Manual.
Reportsand followsup all repair and maintenance requirements to ensure a high Standard of repair, reporting to Director of Rooms any unattended requests.
Ensuresthat Grand Club plays a supportive role to Front Office’s operations as and when needed.
Minimum 1 year working experience as Assistant Manager at Grand Club or Front Office
Fluent in Chinese and English
Hyatt Working experience is preffered
