Hyatt Assistant Manager - Marketing Communications / Social Media in HONG KONG, China

Description:
* You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations. * Assist in developing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating the hotel’s marketing and communications strategies and activities in order to maximise the hotel’s awareness and business opportunities. * Manage and update the hotel’s social media platforms and develop campaigns to enhance the hotel’s awareness and social engagement. * Identify business opportunities and assist in developing promotion programmes using various online marketing channels. * Maintain and update the hotel’s website.

Qualifications:
* Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma. * Minimum 2 years working experience in the area of marketing communications and/or social media. * Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. * Skill and experience in creative content writing and good social photography is preferable. * Creativity, inspiration and initiative will be definite advantages. * Independent, flexible, attentive to details and able to meet deadlines.
