Hyatt In-Room Dining Supervisor - Full Time/PM Shift in HOUSTON, Texas

Supervisors possess strong leadership, communication and relationship skills. They are expected to support senior leadership by developing and assuming basic management responsibilities. A supervisory role will provide growth opportunities into entry-level management. This role leads other associates by coaching, giving direction and may include training, scheduling, payroll and interviewing.
In-Room Dining Supervisors lead the servers whom are responsible for presenting guest food and beverage preferences timely and to temperature. Servers engage in casual conversation and enhance the experience by their style and service attributes. Servers may also be responsible for other duties including general in room dining preparation, removal of serving trays, and maintaining a sanitary environment.
