Hyatt Assistant Operations Manager (Full-Time) in INCLINE VILLAGE, Nevada

Description:

A Tranquil Waterfront Resort on Lake Tahoe - Experience Lake Tahoe from our scenic waterfront resort, nestled perfectly into the Sierra Nevada mountains.

Our Assistant Operations Manager will focus on multiple areas in the hotel, including Rooms and Food & Beverage division over the course of the summer season. This position will be responsible for assisting each department head with scheduling, inventories, training new colleagues to resort standards, resolving guest concerns, and aiding as needed in all related departments. This individual shall always strive to provide exceptional service to both internal and external guests.

This is an hourly-salary position.

Job Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Payroll & scheduling

  • Coach and counsel colleagues

  • Provide strong and consistent leadership and on the floor presence to best support colleagues and guests

  • Foster a strong and positive team oriented environment

  • First Responder to ensure guest and colleague safety and security

  • Facilitate open and detailed communication across resort departments

Due to COVID-19 Cleanliness protocols, this role now calls for new duties to ensure safety and cleanliness of frequent touch points and all colleagues must adhere to our COVID-19 prevention plan, includes wearing mask, temperature check and cleaning/disinfecting areas outside department.
