You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.

You will be responsible for producing bakeries and pastries for all concerned outlets within Grand Hyatt Jeju. To prepare a consistent, high quality food product and ensure courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service that supports the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt International standards.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in hotel bakery kitchen

  • Preferred work related license
