The Guest Service Attendant is responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt's corporate strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations.

Qualifications:

Ideally with a degree or diploma in Hospitality/Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must. Knowledge of any other international language(s) will be an advantage.
