The Resort Operations Training Program was developed to provide training for hotel management positions. The position will include exposure to the Rooms and Food & Beverage Operation departments of the hotel. The objective of this 5-month training program is to learn expectations, skills and exposure to management training for individuals seeking a career in hospitality. The position may provide rotation and is a fantastic opportunity exposing the trainee to multiple functions of the hotel operations.

Six months of relative industry work experience preferred
Continuous authorization to work in the U.S.
Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable
Able to handle multiple tasks.
Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
