We are currently looking for an Assistant Manager (Reservations/Guest Communications Centre) who is meticulous and very detailed in capturing information and delivering the details to relevant departments so that guests experience an immaculate stay.This role would require excellent customer service and strong selling skills. Documentation and coordination with all relevant departments and the client is an upmost priority as this will ensure the perfect stay is delivered according to brand standards.

Qualifications:
* Hospitality or Tourism Management degree or diploma preferred * 2 years or more of work experience * Front Office Background * Effective communication (verbal, listening, writing) * Strong organization skills * Knowledge of overall hotel operations as they affect department * Advanced knowledge in Opera & Reserve * Ability to use Microsoft Office software applications and hotel system applications * Strong problem-solving skills; encourages new innovative solutions when appropriate * Effective influence skills * Effective decision making skills * Able to lead and motivate team Please note that this is a local packaged position and we regret only shortlisted candidates will be notified
