Hyatt Restaurant Manager in KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia

Description:
You are responsible for the overall management and success of the outlet operation both from the perspective of reputation and profitability. You take steps to ensure your team is fully trained so that they are able to provide a high level of service to guests. You lead by example, demonstrating strong communication with both guests and the team, anticipative guest service and attention to detail. You deal fairly and honestly with guests, your team, suppliers, and business partners.

Qualifications:

  • Ideally with a relevant degree / diploma in Hospitality Management specializing in Food and Beverage Management.
  • Minimum 2 years work experience as a Restaurant Manager or 2 years as an Assistant Restaurant Manager in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.
  • Excellent operational, administrative and interpersonal skills.
