JOB OVERVIEW Coordinate execution of strategic marketing plan deliverables in support of overall property and departmental goals.

REPORTS TO: Miraval Group Director of Brand & Marketing, Director of Digital Marketing, & Miraval BerkshiresSenior Marketing Manager


  • Support the execution of marketing strategies and initiatives to support business goals for Miraval property

  • Execute property monthly guide, along with all other printed and electronic promotional materials (digital boards, upcoming events, promotional and educational templates) for the property and property teams

  • Execute a property specific content calendar & social media strategy for Facebook & Instagram

  • Work with the brand marketing team as well as vendors, partners, property teams to coordinate marketing activities. Flawlessly execute on programs, spa & culinary and initiatives for the property

  • Work with programming, spa, and culinary teams and creative source to oversee development of property guide, digital marketing boards, and other on-site communication items

  • Work in a fast-paced environment and deliver projects on deadline including initiatives including but not limited to direct mail, loyalty programs, monthly guide, guest events, CRM campaigns

  • Attend property leadership meetings and the 9am stand up to report on property marketing initiatives

  • Monitor Hyatt and individual property website accuracy and ensure content updates are executed efficiently as required

  • Assist with the development of property specific content

  • Assist with coordination and execution of on-site photo and video shoots

  • Assist with all marketing and public relations site visits. Coordinate all itineraries and ensure flawless executed stays

  • Maintaining, Printing, Ordering, and overall Collateral inventory

  • Marketing/community relations events coordination

  • Administrative duties include processing monthly invoices, review monthly expense reports to ensure budget accuracy

  • Assist with communication and adherence of brand vision and brand SOPs on property and with all departments

  • Maintain asset manager with approved photo, video, and creative assets

  • Maintain key understanding of property department’s key initiatives and goals and provide marketing support to Culinary, Spa, Sales, Retail, Programs, Leisure Sales


Internal: Senior Marketing Manager, General Manager, Resort Manager, Spa Director, Director of Sales, Director of Brand / Marketing, Director of Revenue, Revenue Analysts, Director of Digital Marketing, Retail, F&B

External: Advertising/marketing agencies, printers, graphic designer, copy writer, local and regional chamber, visitor bureau




  1. 2-3 years’ experience in a marketing, PR, or events position preferred

  2. Strong communication skills, both written and oral

  3. Organizational and planning skills, strong listener

  4. Must be a team player

  5. Proactive and ability to work under high pressure

  6. Understands social media & marketing best practices

  7. Experience in hospitality or wellness/spa marketing preferred

  8. Ability to work independently and flexibly with significant attention to detail and accuracy

  9. Ability to collaborate with marketing and property teams to create promotional concepts

  10. Capacity to prioritize and work on multiple projects at once while meeting deadlines
